    In the upcoming webinar, we will discuss the nature of leadership from an IPNB perspective. In preparing, I have been regularly struck by the persistent practices of division and disconnection that are embedded in so much of business practice, but a business might spend a considerable amount of money bringing in a consultant to revive team work and get separate departments to engage. Is this just a deluded folly or is it intentional or is there a serious lack of understanding what interpersonal engagement truly means? would love to hear your comments and your personal experiences in the corporate sector.
