When considering the vast amount of work being done in the fields of neuroscience and its relevance to psychotherapy, it can be a little overwhelming to say the least. Where do we start? How can we define what are the “broad strokes” that will make a difference in how we see our clients and help them on the road to recovery? This question, as you can imagine, is highly subjective and dependent on what schools of thought you are coming from, and what has been your experience and attitude toward neuroscience.
