Good question Steve - the answer, no doubt, has so many variables for each individual that it would be difficult to come up with blanket answers. I know the benefits of exercise as well as anyone and yet have been in a very slack season myself, and not exercising as I should, and putting on weight. Now, at the age of 49, I’ve got this motivation…[Read more]

Good question Steve - the answer, no doubt, has so many variables for each individual that it would be difficult to come up with blanket answers.
